DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
All programmes will come with macronutrient and calorie support as standard. This is the carbohydrates, fats and proteins you should be consuming alongside your training plan to optimise your results.
DO YOU CREATEÂ PERSONALISED HOME PROGRAMMES?
Yes. The business was established during a pandemic therefore I had to get creative as most clients had access to limited or no equipment. This experience helped me to think outside of the box when it came to at home training. You do not need equipment to be successful in your journey. Working smarter, not harder.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
My training is not only personal, but so is the experience. I will make sure you enjoy each session and feel motivated after every check in no matter how your week went. Having been where you are myself, looking to change but feeling stuck, I aim to offer the most support as well as knowledge as I possibly can.

Yes. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. Please ask about 1-1 sessions in CARDIFF
