I got hooked on how regular training made me feel strong and empowered. My confidence shot through the roof, I felt like I could accomplish anything! People started to come to me for help with their own journey, which was the start of YOURBODYROX. Not only a punny play on words, but my combined passion for fitness with my love for seeing others succeed created an uplifting and safe space. Here we celebrate all the wins, no matter how small! ROXANNE, FOUNDER
Ive been where you are. In my late teens, I gained weight, ate emotionally, over restricted and binged in a repeat cycle. I felt lost, unmotivated and stuck. I was really low and didn't know what to do about it. I decided I would start going to classes at a local gym on a whim and I never looked back! It did wonders for my physical health and my mental health. Seeing my fitness increase and my body changing, I felt so empowered to be able to live a healthy active life and change my outlook just from getting moving. I decided I wanted to help others gain the same kind of confidence I did. I took the plunge, quit my full time job and enrolled to become a YMCA qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer as well as studying LVL3 Ext Diploma for Sports Coaching.

Through my 4+ years of training experience, I believe working out shouldn't be a punishment but yet a celebration of what your body can do. We will work together, play to your strengths and overcome the challenges which will empower you! Fitness has no one rule fits all, so why should your training? Thats why my programmes are entirely tailored to your goals.
